National Swim manager- Manchester up to 35K 

I am currently recruiting for a national manager to oversee the swimming product and development of sites. The role requires a strong leader who will in turn line manage several coordinators so I am looking for a dynamic leader, who isn’t afraid to make decisions and carry the responsibility for the outcomes. The role is paying up to 35K and is for a growing company so development opportunities are endless.
The roles key responsibilities will be:
• Coaching, supporting and driving a team of regional swim coordinators 
• Ensure the operational quality and service delivery of swim programming is of the highest standard.
• Drive commercial performance through the management of their key performance indicators and processes.
• Be a key player within the wider team – ensuring all departments have relevant knowledge to grow the business based on your reporting lines 
Person specification:
• Inspiring, supportive and collaborative leader.
• Strategic thinker and hands-on approach to delivering results.
• Group manager or regional manager experience within a commercial swimming environment or alternatively has owned own business with a proven track record of results 
• Full clean driving licence and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as the business dictates
