The role of Membership Advisor at Anytime Fitness Newcastle Central is a highly rewarding and challenging role in which they have accountability for their individual sales performance and responsibility for the overall club sales performance, and general club operations.

We are looking for a membership sales professional with entrepreneurial flair, completely motivated and driven to contribute to the success of the business.  Who will proactively deliver on set activity plans to generate new leads, successfully convert these leads to joiners, ensure personal and team targets are achieved, and deliver an outstanding customer experience and quality sales process.

They will be a strong personality who can lead from the front, generate new business and be a relationship builder and strong networker.

The role is largely focused on driving sales, and as such, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential. 

We would also be keen to speak to qualified Personal Trainers who would consider a combined role.

They will have the ability to drive the Anytime Fitness culture within the club and to exceed the members expectations, ensuring members are engaged, have fun and feel that they belong to a club, leading to increased member satisfaction and improved retention. At all times supporting the Club Manager to achieve goals set for the clubs continued success, and at times acting in a supervisory role.
