Chef de Partie

We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our new kitchen team here at the recently refurbished Oxford Street Kitchen & Bar at The Chequers Hotel in central Newbury..an Independently owned, stylish & modern eaterie with the Hotel offering full event facilities.

These are exciting times for us..A brand new Restaurant with a Brand new menu..We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie, with a solid hospitality background and familiar with working with fresh and seasonal produce to share our journey!

We are a young and committed team with our chefs playing a big part in menu planning and dish creation..Banqueting experience up to 120 & Retail Restaurant experience would be a real advantage.

This is an ideal position for a candidate looking to progress and gain promotion opportunities in a progressive group of Hotels & Restaurants based around the South of England

Salary according to experience.
