General Manager – Merseyside
We are working with a fantastic health and fitness brand who are going on an incredible journey to become the most customer focussed health club chain in the U.K. offering premium facilities and services and great value to members.
As General Manager then, people are at the core of everything you do; coaching, supporting, driving and inspiring your management team to deliver great things every day; and ensuring your members have the best customer experience possible. You will be very hands-on in your approach, lead your team by example and engage with members but you must also have a strong head for business too as you will be tasked with improving the bottom line. Improving the customer experience and the fitness product and increasing membership sales and ancillary spend whilst reducing leavers and controlling costs will be a big focus.
We are therefore looking for an experienced and well-rounded General Manager within leisure, retail or hospitality industry who has been successful delivering a great customer experience and commercial results in a similar environment. You will have personality, drive and ambition in abundance and a demonstrable passion for health and fitness.
