Food and Beverage Manager

Food and Beverage manager required for hotel within small hotel brand which shows high standards of Food and Beverage, Conferencing, Events and hospitality. This is a role suited well to a candidate who enjoys pushing high standards, managing and motivating a team and working to targets. The role could be open to both junior candidates stepping up and candidates who are already in Head Of Department positions.

Person Required

• Must be creative and innovative with a genuine love of food and beverages and a keen eye for detail
• Show a genuine passion for great hospitality and be able to ensure that both you and your team provide the best possible standard
• Must always strive to exceed customer expectations and go the extra mile
• Confidence working in a Food and Beverage environment including restaurant, bar and events
