Senior Commercial and Marketing Manager - Casino Operations - Shore Based - Southampton

Great opportunity for an expert commercial and marketing manager within casino operations and onboard revenue to serve as a company leader, overseeing day to day operations whilst focusing on the long term interests of the casino operations across the P&O and Cunard fleets.

The role will pursue new business opportunities and manage functions such as brand associations, external partnerships, and shore side and on board promotional and marketing opportunities that relate to casino operations.  The role will play a significant part in marketing and corporate management.  The role will assist the Director in development of a structured training and development and support corporate resources in the recruitment and internal transfers of ship board staff and management.

Working closely with the onboard revenue team to support the development of long term strategic revenue initiatives and annual budgets.  You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, working with cross functional teams and on multi-disciplinary projects and developing excellent relationships with internal and external partners.

About you

The successful candidate will have expert analytical skills to identify trends, revenue opportunities and risk.  They should also have sound expertise in development processes and product marketing.  Experience within a European land based / online gambling operator is highly desirable with the strong ability to manage third party suppliers/partners.  Proven experience of management and development of budgets and significant experience of successfully managing large, complex business change programmes would also be highly advantageous.
