We are excited to announce that we are currently recruiting for two positions, a Chef and a Cook, at Hurtmore Golf Club, Godalming, Surrey. Hurtmore Golf Club is part of the Hoburne Group which owns 3 golf courses as well as 7 holiday parks in the south of England.

The successful candidate will also require the following:

To follow the Company procedures in:

1. Quality control
2. Food production, service and presentation
3. Cleanliness and hygiene including the compliance with statutory regulations
4. Receipt of all goods
5. Complete Periodic Food stocks as required by the company.

• Previous chef/kitchen experience
• A high level of inter-personal skills
• Be self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Able to provide the highest level of customer care and service skills

The nature of our business necessitates that the successful applicant will be required to work some weekends and Bank Holidays.  Working hours are normally from 8am to 4pm and only occasional evenings (on average once a month)

1. Full time Cook circa £8 per hour
2. Part time Chef circa £10 per hour
