Junior Sous Chef - Polpetto
Polpetto is a Venetian bàcaro - a small, neighbourhood restaurant offering seasonal Italian dishes in an elegant & intimate setting with an open kitchen. We are part of the POLPO group of restaurants and are located on Berwick Street in the heart of Soho and have received the Michelin Guide’s Bib Gourmand for the last four consecutive years.
We are currently recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and support our Head Chef and Sous Chef.
