Leisure & Spa Manager - Tring
At Pendley Manor we are looking for exceptional people to provide outstanding service to our guests and who put our people at the heart of everything we do.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Leisure and Spa Manager to join the team.
The successful applicant for this role will be able to demonstrate management experience within a Leisure and Spa environment, Level 3 Beauty Therapy and Gym Instruction an advantage. We are looking for someone with great communication skills and the right management style to motivate and inspire their team.
The ultimate aim of customer care and satisfaction, you will be responsible for setting, monitoring and controlling consistently high standards across all areas of the Leisure Club and Beauty Spa. Planning and organising the day to day operation and handle any guest queries and complaints efficiently to ensure total guest satisfaction is achieved.
