Nourish Team Leader - Skipton

The role of Nourish Team Leader will involve overseeing the team in The Nourish Brasserie on a day to day basis and developing this team to ensure that we regularly exceed guest expectations. The role will mean working closely with the Food and Beverage Manager on such things as product development, sales and marketing strategies and managing guest satisfaction levels.

Reporting to:  Food and Beverage Manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The day-to-day

  • Product ordering.
  • Cashing up and ensuring the staff are trained on this.
  • Providing figures for the monthly tracker.
  • Staff training and development.
  • Dealing with guest complaints and reporting to the food and beverage manager on this.
  • Assisting the infinity bar staff and ensuring they are performing.
  • Working closely with reception to manage restaurant bookings and ensuring clear information is provided to the chef on a day to day basis.
  • Ensuring all staff complete thorough handovers for the next shift.
  • Looking after cleanliness/tidiness of the environment and using checklists to assist with this.
  • Help ensure staff are clear on new and current packages and any new offers, with assistance from the sales and marketing department and the food and beverage manager.
  • Presenting new product ideas in line with the offering and your experience of guest expectations and assist in developing any ideas from the team.

Hours

  • 40 Hours over 5 days including bank holidays and weekends.
  • 28 days holiday per annum.
  • Competitive rate of pay.
