Breakfast Chef our expectations

  • To ensure consistent food quality in the section in a speedy manner since guest are in a hurry for breakfast
  • Should ensure he is on shift on time each morning.
  • To assist the chefs in the kitchen with lunch service till the end of his shift.
  • To keep a track of the guest inclusion each day and plan accordingly
  • To be prepared with sufficient mis-en–place to avoid any delays for breakfast service
  • Pre-set platters for fruits /cold meats /cheese to be made ready before peak hours.
  • Ensure all recipes for a la carte orders are adhered to
  • Should be able to control, give instruction, and communicate within his section as well as carry out instructions provided by Sous Chef and Head Chef.
  • Prepare food of highest standards, following strict health & hygiene standards in the kitchen.
