Group Sales Manager - Agency Sales Overview Elite Hotels, a collection of luxury hotels located in the South of England with an enviable reputation for service excellence, are currently forming a new Group sales team, to drive business growth into our four unique hotels. As a key member of the team we are seeking an experienced sales professional who will be an expert in their field, specialising in the agency segment. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing they will be responsible for developing the MICE market through effective management of key accounts and the development of business opportunities for each hotel. This proactive sales role will include meeting and developing relationships within this key business segment including negotiating partnership agreements. Key skills
- Sales and account management skills within the intermediary market
- Able to negotiate at a senior level
- Able to construct and execute sales & client action plans
- Excellent presentation and client facing skills
- Good understanding of sales process, able to upsell and close effectively
- Must have direct sales experience
- Knowledge of the UK Agency market and hotel industry is desirable
- Must have full UK Driving Licence
