Senior Manager, Wellbeing - Shore Based - Southampton

The Senior Manager, Wellbeing will support the Culture Director in defining the overall CUK wellbeing strategy.  They will be responsible for designing effective programmes which promote positive employee wellbeing and a positive place to work, ensuring alignment with the overall Talent & Culture agenda and business priorities.

 

About You:

This person will:

  • Be a qualified member of CIPD/working towards CIPD qualification and/or have a degree in a relevant business subject.
  • Have HR knowledge around policies and procedures particularly wellbeing/health/benefits.
  • Understand organisational dynamics.
