Duty Manager - Birmingham

TeamSport Indoor Karting is now recruiting for a full time Duty Manager in Oldbury, West Midlands.

Leading by example, you’ll inspire employees to keep our customers’ hearts racing and adrenaline pumping, and with 1000m of awesome track to play with, that shouldn’t be too hard. 

As a Duty Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the track from:

• Supervision and stock taking of the snack bar to re-fuel our customers 
• Energising and coordinating staff on shift to engage with our customers and offer a ‘peak performance’
• Ensuring that customers and staff comply with our H&S standards 
• Up-selling TeamSport’s awesome products and events
