Maintenance Assistant

Parkdean Resorts are delighted to be recruiting a hands-on Maintenance Assistant for our amazing Bideford Bay Holiday Park based in Devon.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will support the Maintenance Team by:

• Reporting all breakdowns, breakages and damage to your Manager immediately.
• Cleaning and oiling all gardening equipment as per manufactures recommendations.
• Maintaining all machinery and equipment in a clean and serviceable condition.
• Ensuring the security and safety of equipment at all times.
• Checking Gas usage and requirements and electricity usage as instructed.
• Assisting with completion of water diary and ensure pumps etc. are in working order.
• Ensuring that grounds are kept neat and tidy at all times, which will include gardening duties.

The successful Person will:

• Have experience of cleaning and maintaining water and waste disposal units.
• Be experience in completing routine maintenance on buildings, compliance's etc.
• Have experience of working within a particular trade, such as carpentry, plumbing etc.
• Have a full driving licence.
• Ideally have experience of gardening or landscaping.
