Human Resouces Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Manager you to join our quirky, yet very productive HR team!

Do you have a passion for HR and are you commercially focused? 

As a fast paced department, we need someone that can hit the ground running who has a ‘can do’ attitude. 

No two days are the same so you must be resilient and adaptable to the circumstances that may arise.  Our aim is to give a value added HR service to the business so you must be good at building relationships at all levels and with our key stakeholders.

You will have a good understanding of employment relations, employment law, recruitment, training and development with a proven track record. You will be self-motivated and are able to work in an autonomous role. Experience in working in hospitality is desirable, however not essential.

This is national role, so you must be happy and prepared to travel, with free overnight stays. 

Essentials;

Minimum of 5 years HR Generalist experience.

Minimum of 2 years experience as a HR Manager.

Drivers licence.

Desirable;

CIPD qualified (if not, experience will be considered over the qualification)
