Maintenance Supervisor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to join the team at our stunning Carmarthen Bay Holiday Park based in Wales.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be required to ouversee a team in carrying out general maintenance and repairs around the Park as requested.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing an effective resource to correct any maintenance issues raised by owners.
• Ensuring that all required maintenance jobs are recorded on our Company system and the job ticket with time taken and parts used is completed.
• Providing an efficient strimming and grass cutting service around the park.
• Providing an efficient support service to resolve guest caravan maintenance problems.
• Assisting with the siting of Holiday Homes, ensuring the good health & safety standards are observed at all times.

The successful Person will:

• Have a strong DIY knowledge with experience of completing a range of maintenance work.
• Ideally have previous trade experience or experience of completing property maintenance.
• Have a good understanding of health & safety.
• Ideally have some grounds, gardening or landscaping work.
• Hold a full driving licence.
