Deputy Club Manager– Grimsby

If you are an experienced and commercially minded Fitness Manager, Studio Manager, Duty Manager, Deputy Club Manager or Club Manager looking for rapid professional development and progression, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Due to some internal movement, we are looking for a fitness focused Deputy Club Manager for arguably the best operator in the U.K. at their Grimsby club. This post will involve leading, inspiring and developing a team of personal trainers to deliver an outstanding customer experience to members whilst supporting some of them with their personal training businesses. You will manage the group exercise timetable and be able to step in and cover when required.  You will ensure the club looks and feels great all the time and you will always be on hand to take care of the members’ needs. You will lead by example on driving outreach in the local area, promoting fitness and the club where ever you go.  You will also act as the Club Manager in their absence as part of your development to eventually become Club Manager.

To be considered you will have at least one years’ management experience managing and developing gym teams and be REPs level 3 qualified. You will be the type of manager who likes to lead by example, to support and involve your team where possible and to create a positive and fun working environment.  You will ideally be qualified to teach gym floor classes but training can be provided.
