The Company

Exero Lifestyle Ltd is a leading number of franchisees of SNAP Fitness UK, who operate within the 24/7 Fitness market in a number of locations nationwide. The group are currently looking for a Gym Membership Sales consultant for its site located in Gloucester.

We provide state-of-the-art facilities, including an Olympic lifting platform, full range of functional free weights, squat rack, cardio equipment with 17 inch touch screens, TRX (functional frames), group fitness classes, small group personal training area and lots more.

Job role and responsibilities.

We are looking to recruit a Gym Membership Sales Consultant who will be employed on a full time 40 hour per week contract. The ideal person for this role will have previous sales experience and will be passionate about the health and fitness industry. You will be confident and have an outgoing personality with the ability to be able to build rapport with your current members whilst also identifying new and fresh leads through various outreach methods.

You will be able to adapt to all sales situations following the company’s unique sales process.

Your daily duties will include:

  • Adhering to a daily KPI structure in order to ensure monthly targets are met.
  • Design and implement effective marketing activities to generate high volume sales leads.
  • Working through the company’s sales process to maximise new member join ups.
  • Inspiring new and prospective members to join our clubs by completing a needs analysis and getting to know what your customer wants.
  • Proactively managing your sales pipeline to hit your commission targets.
  • Being passionate about fitness and the amazing product you are selling.
  • Undertaking the 3 elements of the initial sales process of inbound activity, outbound activity and also managing walk-ins/ tours within the facility.

  • Maintaining the high standards within the club

Job Requirements: 

  • A high-energy, friendly & energetic extroverted personality.
  • Naturally sales focused, and target driven.
  • At least 1 year’s sales experience.
  • Comfortable with using social media.
  • Target driven & well verse with daily KPI’S.
  • An outstanding communicator.
