This leading HMC co-educational school seeks to appoint a Deputy Swimming Pool Manager to join the enthusiastic and professional support team.

The successful candidate will ensure that the swimming pool is appropriately maintained and managed for the benefit of the School and outside users, working closely with the Swimming Pool and Health & Safety Manager in managing the swimming pool facility and deputising for him in his absence or at times when he is unavailable.

Applications are invited from enthusiastic individuals who work well individually and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have experience of pool maintenance and of facilities management. Knowledge of ‘HSG179 – Managing health & safety in swimming pools’ is essential. Applicants must hold either an IoS National Pool Plant Operators Certificate or STA level three Certificate in Pool Plant Operations, RLSS lifeguard qualification, and First Aid At Work certification.

The job is available on a full time basis (term time and school holidays), including some weekend working.

The starting salary will be competitive based on relevant experience.
