We’re looking for a Bartender to join the team at the Brighton Harbour Hotel & Spa.

With an unrivalled location on the iconic seafront and just moments from the bustling Lanes, our Brighton Harbour Hotel & Spa is the hottest new destination in buzzy Brighton. This 79 bedroom hotel features a luxurious Spa, award winning Jetty restaurant and the exciting new HarBAR, Brighton’s ultimate destination cocktail bar.

We have a superb opportunity for a Bartender to join the HarBAR Bar Team. As Bartender you will need to have excellent cocktails skills and good bar product knowledge. There will be an emphasis on wine and a basic knowledge is therefore required as a minimum. Experience of working in a quality bar/restaurant together with excellent interpersonal skills is essential.
