We are currently seeking a motivated Assistant Banqueting Operations Manager to help lead our banqueting team at Woodcote Park, delivering professional and memorable banqueting services for our members and their guests in keeping with our exceptional standards.

The Role: Our banqueting team at Woodcote Park is committed to ensuring our members and their guests receive excellent service during the various events we stage throughout the year, ranging from private weddings to business conferences and committee meetings. As part of this team, the Assistant Banqueting Operations Manager is responsible for leading and motivating team members to deliver memorable experiences through exceptional service standards - responding to our members' needs positively and proactively.

You will be expected to maintain adequate levels of stock at all times, and will plan and produce rota schedules to ensure a good level of service is available to our members and their guests during each event. You will also help recruit and train new team members, nurturing their skills and monitoring their progression to ensure they are fulfilling their potential in every aspect of their work.

The Person: In order to succeed in this role you must possess a proven track record of delivering high service standards in a quality work environment, and will be familiar with both licensing laws and electronic point-of-sale systems - experience of Fourth Hospitality System is advantageous. As this is a primarily a customer-facing role, it is imperative that you are confident making polite conversation with our members and their guests, and that you are comfortable acting as a leader in a team environment, able to showcase good communication and motivational skills.
