Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience + Fantastic Benefits

We have a great opportunity for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Deputy Contract Manager to join our management team.

Overview of the role

As the Deputy Contract Manager, you will be responsible for the performance of the site and meeting the requirements of the specification and expectations of the Client/Organisation and Serco Leisure. You will also provide vision and leadership to ensure that the objectives of the Client/Organisation and Serco Leisure are met.

You will drive all commercial aspects of the contract including marketing and sales and maintain knowledge of competition and local demographics.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess an appropriate formal management qualification or will be able to demonstrate industry experience applicable to hotel, conferencing or the leisure industry.

As the successful candidate you will evidence good knowledge commensurate with the position in:

• Business Planning and Financial Control
• Communicating/managing/negotiating at Senior level
• Management of employees in a multi-discipline environment
• Effective Business Relationship Management
• Commercial aspects of hotel, accommodation or conferencing management
• Operational aspects of leisure management
• Information System development, implementation and management
