 Chart Hills is an award winning golf course situated in the High Weald of Kent. The course and clubhouse are easily accessible from major routes into the county. We are a popular venue for weddings, conferences and private functions.

We are currently looking for a Service Assistant to assist our Golf/Proshop team to assist with the smooth running of the golf and proshop operations and provision of high standards of service to customers and members

Main Responsibilities:

  • To provide information and assistance to golf members visitors and guests in a friendly and professional manner

  • To undertake duties to support golf events such as greeting and directing guests, golf bag drop and shoe cleaning

  • To assist with the cleaning and charging of golf buggies as required
  • To assist with the clearing of the range and that it is well presented at all times
  • To undertake golf course marshall duties as required to ensure the pace of play is upheld
  • To provide mobile drinks on the golf course as required
  • To liaise with the Pro Shop so they are aware of all incidents and issues that may arise on the course or range

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  • A good understanding of golf and/or be a keen golfer
  • Be well presented and have good interpersonal skills
  • Possess good communication skills and have a friendly and professional manner
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role is advantageous
  • A flexible and adaptable approach

This is a casual part time role with varied hours throughout the year.
