Receptionist

About the Role:

Our front of house team is an exceptionally hard-working group of professional, enthusiastic and outgoing individuals who play a vital role in providing our members and guests with a first class experience every time they visit our centres.  Day to day this involves meeting and greeting all customers, responding to enquiries both face to face and over the phone, taking bookings and payments (including cash handling), making sales and follow up calls to customers, delivering centre tours, administration and assisting with general day to day operations. 

For many of our team members this role has been a stepping stone towards a career in the leisure industry, going into other areas of the business and management roles over time.  We recognise management roles are not everyone’s choice though and there are many other members of our team have chosen front of house work as a main career, 2^nd career, part time job after retirement or whilst raising a family, or even as a short-term job between further education or travelling.
