As a Floor Housekeeper you will work closely with the Head Housekeeper to supervise the day to day operation of the housekeeping team. You will promote development to ensure that each individual is achieving their potential within the team.

The role of Floor Housekeeper will include:

• To assist with guiding and training Room Attendants on the allocated floor
• To support the Room Attendants by checking the standards of cleanliness in the vacant and occupied rooms to deliver the ultimate, seamless guest experience
• To ensure all bedrooms, corridors, staircases and service rooms are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness & comfort to meet the Principal standard
• To act as an ambassador of the Principal values within your Department, across the hotel and with guests
• To provide day to day direction & allocation of tasks for Room Attendants and House Porters

As our Floor Housekeeper you will:

• Have a proven track record within a luxury hotel
• Previous experience of managing the floors
• Have a warm and generous personality
• Intuitive management of both the team and guests
• Be flexible and comfortable at multitasking
• Good communicator with team; managers and other departments
• Driving 5 star service delivery
• Have good Health and Safety knowledge
