Host - Palm Court

As a Host - Palm Court some of your duties will include:

Acting as a first point-of-contact for Palm Court guests, providing a consistent and genuine warm welcome
Liaising with our Floor Manager, Reservations and Guest Relations teams to draw up an efficient pre-service seating plan, accommodating guests’ special requests wherever possible
Managing the seating plan during service, adjusting for and anticipating any changes in circumstances
Maintaining an appropriate atmosphere in the venue, such as temperature, music and energy
Monitoring guests at tables, anticipating their needs, notifying shift leaders or floor staff where assistance is needed
On occasion, aiding floor staff in functional aspects of floor service, such as clearing tables and running drinks.
