Leisure Club & Spa Manager​ - Reading

Salary: £28k - £32k (depending on experience) plus bonus

We are looking for an experienced operator to take over the management of our hotel based leisure club with treatment rooms. Your main objectives will be to drive membership sales, maximise treatment income, and set exceptional service standards to ensure the membership base grows and financial targets are achieved.

You should have a well organised proactive approach to your day to day duties and you will oversee a small team to deliver exceptional service. You should have a can do attitude and experience of spa management, achieving sales targets, fitness management and pool plant operations.

Ideally you will already hold an RLSS pool responder, first aid and pool plant operator qualifications but these could be provided for the right applicant. You will be expected to work a shift pattern consisting of early mornings, evenings and some weekends.
