The Royal Garden Hotel is one of the UK’s largest five red star hotels comprising of 394 bedrooms, three bars, two restaurants, extensive conference and events spaces and a health club. Priding itself on providing a tailored personalised guest service, the Royal Garden Hotel is located next door to Kensington Palace and some of London’s most famous attractions. The hotel also has a rich and remarkable sporting legacy dating back to the famous World Cup win of 1966.
The Front Office Team perform a diverse selection of tasks, ensuring all guests have a truly 5 red star experience. Totally guest focused, the Front Office is a key department in creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere and in assisting our guests with any requests they may have.
This exciting and varied role requires a person who is highly guest focused and has the ability to delight our guests who require high levels of professionalism, friendliness, knowledge and technical ability. You will be required to promote and develop loyalty from hotel guests by reacting positively to their needs and providing a high level of tailored personalised tailored guest service. You will manage and develop relationships with our guests and assist in creating a warm relaxed atmosphere being present in the hotel public areas, to promote goodwill and react to customer comments and needs.
