We are looking to develop our team and we are looking for a Restaurant Team Leader to work alongside the team in the day to day running of the restaurant, providing first class service, strong leadership and maintaining high standards at all times. You will also be responsible for the development of junior staff members; ensuring training needs are met to maintain required standards.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for excellent customer service, good knowledge of food and wine as well as previous experience within restaurants. The post-holder will take responsibility for and manage the front of house operations of their area of responsibility. They will ensure that procedures regarding financial control, Health and Safety, Licensing Law (if applicable), HACCP and staffing are carried out within Hogarths guidelines. They will maintain customer care and service standards and have an awareness of product knowledge and merchandising.
You will be a hands-on Restaurant Team Leader with the ability to thrive in a busy service environment, cultivate a strong team and add value to the business.
The successful candidate will have a solid hospitality background with supervisory experience and ideally worked in a similar property. If you are a Restaurant Team Leader who possesses flair, style and an outgoing personality we would love to hear from you.
Immediate start with shifts Monday to Sunday, including evenings and weekends and must be flexible in what hours they can work from week to week.
