Gardener/Estates Person - Lucknam Park Hotel & Spa, Chippenham
The Estates department at Lucknam Park are recruiting for a full time Gardener to join their team. A passion for horticulture and drive to achieve results are essential for this role.
- Experience of working as a Gardener would be an advantage but not essential
- An understanding and passion for horticulture
- A horticulture qualification may be an advantage but not essential
- Qualifications in spraying and chainsaw would be advantageous
- To be physically fit and enjoy working outdoors in all weathers
- Communicate clearly in fluent English
- A caring and patient manner
- Self motivated, initiative and a positive attitude towards work
This is a full time position working 40 hours/week – Monday to Friday. The hourly rate of pay will be minimum wage according to age (up to £7.83/hour) plus company benefits.
Due to the beautiful location of the property it can be difficult to reach by public transport, therefore access to your own transport is advisable.
