Gym & Sports Centre Manager - Croydon, South London

Salary : £26k plus bonus

We are looking for someone with star quality to take a recently opened facility in South Norwood, Croydon. The site has a new state of the art gym, studio, sports halls and outdoor pitches which you will market to the local community.

 The new facilities will be operated from a school in the area so the opening hours to the public will be based around the school usage which means it will be open 4pm -10pm during the week and 9am-3pm at weekends.

 You will be responsible for achieving budgeted goals for membership and income of sports lettings for which you will have an attractive bonus scheme.

Class teaching experience would be desirable but not essential. You will be good with people and have experience of membership sales combined with a good understanding of fitness programming. You will be required to work a lot of evenings to ensure the smooth running of the operation and you must be proactive in your approach to your working day.
