Deputy General Manager needed for an exciting new Gastro Pub which will be located in Birmingham City Centre. This is a role within a great business, offering all day dining with a focus on quality produce and modern culinary ideas. This is a very foodie role and it is essential that the candidate can say that they have a passion for great grub! A great knowledge of Beer is also desirable as is a passion for people!

Person Required

• Must be able to demonstrate experience working in management positions in quality focussed food and drink businesses
• Show a genuine passion for the industry and an interest in current food and drinks trends 
• Always strive to exceed customer expectations and go the extra mile
• Creative, hands on, knowledgable and passionate
• You must be flexible, adaptable and resourceful as a Manager
