GLL are looking for a Graduate Marketing Executive based at our Central regional office at Gosling Leisure Centre in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. This post is on a fixed term basis for 2 years.

Marketing is an increasingly integral part of our business here at GLL. Our marketing team has expanded rapidly over the past few years with the development of our Better brand of leisure centres, libraries and children's centres. We're now looking for a Graduate Marketing Executive to support the ever increasing business demands as the organisation continues to thrive and grow.

Supporting the team with a range of marketing projects from online and digital to print, you'll be a fast learner with the ability to multi-task. You'll manage a mix of work for both our leisure facilities and head office, so you'll need to be confident in dealing with people at all levels from Sports Officers, to Sales Teams and Centre Managers.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to start their marketing career in a customer-facing organisation. You'll have a marketing degree, or equivalent professional qualification. You'll have sound knowledge of the marketing environment, the full marketing mix (offline, digital and social) and the ability to contribute good marketing ideas.

You will be confident, approachable and able to remain calm under pressure. As a Marketing Graduate (or equivalent) you'll have knowledge of developments within the Marketing field, including those related to online advancements, as well as an understanding of financial control, budgeting and monitoring. You'll have very good attention to detail as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
