We’re a young and ambitious company that are looking to grow our team in Derby. We are currently recruiting for Front of House Team Members.

At BEAR, we are passionate about great food! The atmosphere is inviting and casual, with a strong emphasis on the quality of our coffee, seasonal food, cocktails and always the best service.

As a team member you will enjoy interacting with customers and get a kick out of busy service. You’ll work hard to deliver consistently exceptional customer service, and you’ll have a knack for remaining calm under pressure.
