We support those training methods with innovative training tools, commercial fitness equipment, cutting edge workout programs and professional education. Headquartered in downtown San Francisco, we currently employ over 100 people around the globe and generate revenues in excess of $50 million.


Following our recent decision to set up our own organization in the UK, our Country Manager will lead our business strategy and initiatives, with the goal to exponentially and profitably grow our TRX Full Solution sales. Experienced
manager, our new Country Manager will be a leader for our small and highly motivated team.


  •  with VP International to drive profitable revenue through creation of strategic business plans in the UK
  • Set up efficient action plans to maximize TRX sales primarily in the commercial channel (fitness clubs) and also in the consumer (brick & mortar and on-line retailers) one
  • Manage and report on UK P&L
  • Manage our Ireland/Northern Ireland Distributor
  • Lead a small team of UK employees
  • In charge of TRX brand development in the UK, with a smart global/local approach
  • Oversee local marketing efforts and work closely with International Marketing team based in San Francisco
  • Compile market intelligence to identify new market opportunities


  • 3+ years experience in leading a UK team sales organisation, preferably in the fitness or sport industry
  • 5+ years experience in directly managing key accounts in the UK, for the commercial (B2B) and/or the consumer(retailers) channels.
  • At ease with numbers, and strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting sales
  • Strategic thinker and problem-solver
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Extremely organized with great attention to detail and follow-through
  • Structured in operating procedures
  • Hands on manager and team player, capable of growing the organisation as business develops
  • Energetic

  • Able to demonstrate product
