As a Pro Trainer you will be a part of a team striving to inspire our members throughout their fitness journey; building rapport, engaging and educating them on the latest fitness trends, encouraging them to take part in both live and fully immersive exercise classes and offering support in all aspects of their training.

A Pro Trainer is required to teach classes on shift. This is a big part of the role, so a passion for group exercise is key. As a team we work to keep our facility clean and safe, adhering to brand standards throughout the shift.

Customer service is an important aspect of the role, meeting and greeting members, touring them around the facilities and checking members into classes.

Part of the role will also include general cleaning duties and cleaning the equipment. We also require promotional work door to door or hand to hand leafleting, as a member of this team you are a brand ambassador to Studio Society.

A minimum of Fitness NVQ Level 2 or equivalent combined with some experience within the fitness industry in a customer focused role would be great. We will provide training for Spivi and Vibe, our two cycle offerings. You will also receive in house training from us on the following classes: Core Determination (20 minute core class) HIIT 30 (30 minute high intensity body weight class), HIIT Strength (40 minute high intensity weights-based class).

Team members should have the availability for 6 hour shifts on weekdays & weekends. Our operating hours are: Monday - Thursday 6am-10pm , Friday 6am - 9pm. Sat 8am - 7pm & Sun: 8am-6pm.
