General Manager Colchester up to 50K OTE 75K







We are looking to recruit a General Manager for a market leading operator in the family entertainment industry based in Colchester. This £2.5m + turnover business revolves around the delivery of excellent customer service over a large sports and leisure complex with multiple revenue streams across both sales and hospitality and employs a large team of full and part time staff.

To be considered you must have a strong general management background focused on commercial leisure, family entertainment or health and fitness where you can demonstrate dynamic leadership that revolves around delivering outstanding customer service and a consistently great customer experience within a high footfall fast paced leisure business.

This is a hands on position and you will be required to work a combination of shifts during the week as well as 1 in 2 weekends when business will be at its peak trading.

In addition to a highly competitive basic salary of up to 50K, there is also a highly achievable OTE of up to 30% in a business that is outperforming the market and beating its's budget, .
