The Role
We are looking for:
A Breakfast to work within the Ned for one of our many Kitchens. The right Candidate will have experience as a Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in a busy restaurant or Hotel environment, be enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable about fresh food and good service.
As a Breakfast Chef working with us should have experience in the following:
• Running a section
• Preparing & cooking dishes to order
• Supervising Commis & Demi Chef de Partie’s
• Ensuring high standards of food safety & hygiene
• Portion & waste control
The Ned London
Originally a bank, the Grade-1 listed building has been developed and restored to hold 252 hotel bedrooms, twelve restaurants and bars, a member’s club, a gym, Cowshed spa and two swimming pools, as well as six dedicated event spaces.
The Restaurants
There are 10 Restaurants here at the Ned London specialising in various styles and cuisines including Italian, British, Casual Parisian, Pan Asian, modern European, Sushi and healthy Californian. On top of this we also have a dedicated events Kitchen, production and Pastry Kitchen that produces for the whole building
