Customer Service Manager - Grosvenor Hall - Ashford, Kent
40 hrs per week | £25,000 per annum
We are looking to recruit a Customer Services Manager our at Grosvenor Hall site. The Customer Service Manager is responsible for driving a Customer Service culture across all departments, ensuring that all clients have the best experience. You will be sales focussed; working to sales targets to achieve high levels of repeat customer revenue. You will also act as the ‘face of Kingswood’ looking at strategies and PR initiatives to build and improve on the Kingswood reputation within the local community.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing and has a professional manner. You will have excellent communication skills and have the ability to build effective working relationships. You must have good attention to detail and good problem solving skills. Computer literate in MS Outlook, Word and Excel. Knowledge of local education authorities would be desirable.
