Shangri-La Hotel at the Shard is currently looking for the next Senior Sous Chef to join the kitchen team!

The role

The Senior Sous Chef is responsible mainly for the TING Kitchen on L35 Floor however this position sits under Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef and it makes up the leadership team in the kitchen.  The successful candidate will assist the Executive Chef & Executive Sous Chef in managing the entire culinary operation in the Hotel on a daily basis to achieve the goals set by the Company. The Senior Sous Chef has to be very well organised and able to manage a team of 20-30 Chefs and be passionate about their training and development. He/She will take ownership of the culinary operation in absence of the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef.
