We currently have a vacancy for a Minibar Attendant joining our team.

The Role

The Service Associate – Mini Bar and Attendant replenishes guest room mini bar items and fruits in accordance with the standards, guidelines and policies established by Shangri‐La Hotel and Resorts. It is the Mini Bar Attendant’s responsibility to make sure that all guest requests pertaining the mini bar and amenities are met with the accuracy and care that will delight our guests throughout their stay. The same caring attention to detail must be used for all areas of the Hotel both Back (parties) and Front of House (corridors).

The Mini Bar Attendant must be a superb gatekeeper in handling guest enquiries through voice, personally or any other means. The first point of contact on many occasions and the “face” and “voice” of Shangri-La hotel at The Shard, London

Essential Requirements

• Oral fluency in English
• Experience in Hospitality
• Customer Orientated
• Able to work flexible hours
