Area Contract Maintenance Manager - North-West London, Hertfordshire and Aylesbury areas

Everyone Active is a market leading local authority leisure provider and an opportunity has become available to join our maintenance team. We are looking to recruit a new Area Contract Maintenance Manager for our contract area covering NW London, Hertfordshire & Aylesbury.

We would like to hear from you if have experience in commercial maintenance within the following fields:

Mechanical Engineering

• You have knowledge and experience with mechanical equipment and plant operations and (hold a minimum of City & Guilds level 2 or equivalent qualification or vocational training)

Pool Plant Operations

• You have knowledge and experience with Pool and Spa system maintenance and (hold a minimum Level 2  National Pool plant Operator Certificate)

Desirable attributes

• Electrical qualification minimum Level 2 or 3 (17th edition) (18th edition will form part of you CPD)
• Have a good working knowledge of Health & Safety and environmental systems with IOSH or equivalent qualification and experience
• Have a good working knowledge of ACOP L8 Responsibilities and procedures
• You have experience of working within a team to help maintain customer satisfaction
• You have experience of commercial buildings and their construction
• You have a practical approach to problem solving and can achieve technically based demanding tasks.
• You are target driven and have experience in management of maintenance personnel and commercial contractors
• You are able to prioritise your own work and have good communication skills including presenting to higher levels of management
• You are PC literate and are familiar with computer aided facility management systems

Experience within the leisure industry is desirable but not essential.
