Dirty Martini is rapidly expanding and we are looking for General Managers to support our growth in London & the North.

Whether you are an existing Assistant General Manager looking to take the next steps to running your own site or an experienced General Manager who would love to develop your career within a successful and fast growing cocktail brand, working with Dirty Martini is a brilliant way to build on your skillset whilst being supported by some of our most experienced management teams.

Management induction takes place over a period of at least 3 months and during this time you will gain experience of a variety of our sites while we focus on you so you can really learn about our brand, our cocktails and how to run one of our unique venues the Dirty Martini way.

Our General Manager program covers the following areas:

• Extensive product and cocktail training
• Financial training covering budgeting, forecasting and P&L
• Atmosphere management
• Human Resources
• Ability to motivate and develop your team
• Running of day to day operations

This is a fantastic opportunity to experience our businesses and to learn from exceptional managers before being placed in your own bar.

Who are we looking for?

Experienced Assistant and General Managers who can demonstrate the following:

• Passionate for both product and people.
• High operating standards and strong levels of guest service.
• Natural leadership skills and ready to jump feet first into our vibrant bars.
• Strong financial and business acumen
• A broad range of management skills. You should be as comfortable mixing up a Dirty Martini as you are totting up the night’s takings, whilst promoting business in the local area.
• A willingness to be flexible and relocate outside London if required.
