We are looking for an Office/Project Manager/Executive Assistant to work directly for the Directors of a fantastic nationwide leisure operator who are on an exciting journey to be the best brand in their market place.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support on and sometimes to be accountable for a range of projects from refurbishments, research projects to product development.

• Help manage and organize the diaries of the senior directors.

• Fulfill administrative tasks as directed by the directors.

• Liaise and communicate with all senior managers within the business.

• Deal with external suppliers.

• Take on any other suitable tasks and responsibilities to support the overall business.

 

Person Specification

• Ideally degree qualified.

• Working understanding of Microsoft Office.

• Highly organized and business astute.

• Adaptable and dependable.

• Ability to multi-task and work at pace in a fast moving dynamic environment.

• Experience of managing projects from conception to completion.

• A thorough understanding of the commercial health and fitness market as a Club Manager, General Manager, Support Manager or other senior manager.

• Flexible approach to work within a 40-hour week
