An exciting opportunity for a Night Porter to provide the warmest of welcomes and exceptional customer service

We are looking for a hard working Part Time Night Porter to fill this role and it needs to be someone who doesn’t mind being a night owl.

We are looking for someone who can work 3 nights per week 9pm – 7:30am.

Our Night Porter plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our hotel as they are responsible for the overnight safety of our guests.

We are looking for someone who is calm and responsible whilst ensuring standards are maintained at all times and providing the highest standards of guest service. You will need excellent communication skills and be confident to work on your own initiative.

Some key duties include:

- Checking in late arrivals

- Cleaning the property and setting up conference and function rooms

- Arranging newspapers and wake up calls

- Ensuring the building and guests are secure

- Serving on the bar

If you are self-motivated and can multi-task this could be for you. Personality is what counts and whilst previous hotel experience and basic computer skills are an advantage, full training is provided. A clean driving licence is essential.
