Chef – Demi Chef and Commis Chef

Who Lurra is looking for:

Passionate hardworking chefs to join a great team providing the customer with are a 5 star Basque cuisine experience - with passion and soul!

  • Skilled chef and have good knowledge of a working kitchen
  • Awesome knife skills
  • Passionate about great seasonal ingredients (a knowledge of Basque cuisine is a bonus!)
  • Working and rotating through different sections of the kitchen
  • Happy to work shifts
  • Cheerful and presentable as this is an open kitchen for you to show off your skills to the customer
  • Be a great team player
  • Willing to learn other sections of the business to help develop your career as a chef with Lurra
