Who Lurra is looking for:
Passionate hardworking chefs to join a great team providing the customer with are a 5 star Basque cuisine experience - with passion and soul!
- Skilled chef and have good knowledge of a working kitchen
- Awesome knife skills
- Passionate about great seasonal ingredients (a knowledge of Basque cuisine is a bonus!)
- Working and rotating through different sections of the kitchen
- Happy to work shifts
- Cheerful and presentable as this is an open kitchen for you to show off your skills to the customer
- Be a great team player
- Willing to learn other sections of the business to help develop your career as a chef with Lurra
