As a professional, reliable and highly motivated Kitchen Porter you will provide a wide range of support duties to ensure the consistent delivery of excellence throughout the back of house/kitchen operations here at our Pall Mall clubhouse in London.  

The role

Working closely with the back of house manager/supervisor, you will fulfil daily cleaning requirements, including across all food preparation areas, plus operate the waste and environmental systems to our high Club standards. You will constantly strive to deliver the EHO 5 Star rating, while ensuring that at all times you comply fully with all health and safety laws and the Club’s food policy.

The Person:

We’re seeking an approachable, committed and well-presented individual with excellent people skills. Ideally, you will have a proven track record of working in a five-star establishment, including basic food hygiene and manual lifting experience. A flexible and proactive approach to your work and strong team ethic are also vital.
