THE CLUB:

One of London’s freshest gym concepts is looking for Membership Consultant to expand its’ current membership base. The Gym Way is the ultimate fitness playground with a range of fun and funky equipment to inject a little spice into our members’ workouts.

Our intimate venue and limited membership allows members to avoid the crowds and long waits for equipment associated with most commercial gyms and with a dedicated team of trainers ensure no-one is ignored in our gym.

THE ROLE:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Membership Consultants to oversee and be instrumental in growing sales over the next 6 months.

As part of the sales team you will be active in lead generation, membership / corporate sales and hitting sales targets for the club.

We are looking for highly ambitious and motivated individuals who are results orientated, work well under pressure with deadlines and targets, have good lead generation and telephone skills, and excellent customer facing experience.

We are keen to talk to successful sales consultants from the hospitality, retail or health and fitness industries. It is essential that you are passionate about fitness and a strong commercial focus.

The role will involve shifts around peak gym hours.
