We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to manage one of our flagship sites.
Located on the popular Finchley leisure park, this 26 lane centre hosts our unique Harry’s Kitchen concept making it not only a place to bowl, but a place for our customers to dine and relax in.
About You
We are creators of positive energy, and for you to be successful in the role, you’ll need a positive attitude to everything you do. As well as:
- At least 3 years’ experience as an experienced General Manager
- A proven track record of building sales with a hands-on approach
- Ability to create a fun and friendly environment for everyone
- Passion for delivering memorable experiences to every customer
- Desire for developing, coaching, supporting and rewarding teams
- Hunger for driving sales and delivering financial targets and an appetite for healthy competition!
- Great attention to detail to ensure outstanding and consistent operational standards
- Full of fresh ideas to drive business development and ambition for success!
- Hold a full clean driver’s licence
About the Role
As our General Manager at Hollywood Bowl Finchley you will be responsible for the overall performance of the centre and the team to deliver financial targets and service standards in key business areas. This centre is always busy and the role is very varied and hands-on. You will also;
- Create an environment for performance with fulfilment where our Team Members can perform to the best of their ability.
- Coach and mentor the team using effective communication and leadership behaviours and recognise team member contributions.
- Contribute to the overall performance of the region; promoting innovation, best practice and effective communication.
- Ensure all centre operations are adhered to and all reporting procedures are completed within the required timescales.
- Be very hands-on. Your excellent attention to detail will enable you to enhance our customers visit.
- Ensure that all our customers receive a market leading leisure experience through superior sales and service.
